The Breakfast Club

This high intensity boot camp style class is for the early risers. Start your week off right with some challenging, fun, and results driven exercises guaranteed to burn off the extra calories from the weekend.

 
The LAB (Legs, Abs & Butt)

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Welcome to the LAB. This class places a major focus on building stronger legs, abs, and glutes. You should also expect a high intensity session that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Let's work!

 
Circuit City

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This class is a combination of resistance training, body weight movements, and cardiovascular endurance. Be prepared to run through various HIIT intervals, circuits, and other challenging routines.

Heavy Hitters Boxing

8:15 PM - 9:15 PM

Boxing class that includes high level mitt work, foot work, speed drills, and advanced boxing conditioning for the ultimate workout session. 

Boxing gloves are provided if needed.

 

Tuesdays

Strength & Conditioning

This class will be limited to 8 participants and focus on some of the most popular weight training exercises to date. The goal of these sessions will be to increase both muscle strength and endurance, and improve each individual's overall body composition.

Kettle Kore

A high intensity class involving core sculpting exercises plus proper kettlebell mechanics. Learn how to incorporate kettlebell training for strength, power, and cardiovascular benefits.
