Mondays

Kettlebell Conditioning

6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

In this class we will learn how to train for strength and conditioning using various kettlebell movements and progressions. Everyone should expect to become more proficient in their kettlebell use as well as learn all the benefits of this training modality. All fitness levels welcome.

 
GAINZ

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

A strength & conditioning class involving barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell training at a high level. Be prepared to lift heavy & fast!

Tuesdays

Strength & Conditioning

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This class will be limited to 8 participants and focus on some of the most popular weight training exercises to date. The goal of these sessions will be to increase both muscle strength and endurance, and improve each individual's overall body composition.

Kettle Kore

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

A high intensity class involving core sculpting exercises plus proper kettlebell mechanics. Learn how to incorporate kettlebell training for strength, power, and cardiovascular benefits.

 
 

Wednesdays

Metabolic Madness

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This class is built for ALL fitness levels and changes every week. Be prepared to challenge your current strength levels, build your endurance, and motivate your peers!

 
 

Thursdays

Heavy Hitters Boxing

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Multiple boxing combos mixed with a series of conditioning exercises to ensure YOU can last the whole fight! We provide gloves, you provide the EFFORT!

 
 

Fridays

Strength & Conditioning

6:15 PM - 7:30 PM

This class will be limited to 8 participants and focus on some of the most popular weight training exercises to date. The goal of these sessions will be to increase both muscle strength and endurance, and improve each individual's overall body composition.

 
 

Saturdays

Total Body Conditioning

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Total Body Conditioning is a high intensity boot camp style session designed for all fitness levels. Work individually and as a group to produce best efforts and gain maximum results!
